NexGrail privacy policy

Last updated 4 October 2026.

NexGrail is a Pokémon trading-card collection tracker for iPhone. This page describes what the app stores. It does not use advertising or cross-app tracking.

Account

You can create an account with an email address and a password. If you do, we store that email address, a user id, and the password in hashed form. Sign-in is optional for a guest share page. Home, Discover, and Vault ask you to sign in.

On your profile you can save a display name, a username, and a short note. We store those with your account.

Your collection

When you are signed in, the app stores the cards in your vault, your binders, your want lists, your trade lists, and any price alerts you create. That content is linked to your account so you can see it when you return.

Guest share

If you open a show, the app can publish a guest page. Anyone with the link can open that page without an account. The page can show the name you chose for the show and the cards you included.

Notifications

If you allow notifications and you are signed in, the app stores the Apple push token for that iPhone with your account. We use it to send alerts you asked for, such as a show opening. We do not use it to track you across other companies' apps.

What we do not collect

The app does not show ads and does not use an advertising or tracking SDK. It does not ask for your contacts, location, or photos. Catalogue pictures and shop listing pictures are loaded so you can look at a card. We do not sell your information.
